Zizzi Zillionaires’ Club Spin The Wheel Promotion (17.02.25 – 02.03.25)

This Promotion is open to United Kingdom and Ireland residents aged 18 or over.

1. Promotion Period: 10:00 on [17/02/25] 2025 until 10:00 on [02/03/25] 2025.
   1. 1. To claim your free perk, enter during the Promotion Period by signing up to the Zillionaires’ Club at zillionaires.zizzi.co.uk with your full name and email address. Once signed up and your email address has been verified, follow the on-screen instructions on the Zillionaires’ Club web-app on how to spin the wheel and reveal your perk.
      2. No purchase is necessary to sign up to the Zillionaires’ Club.
      3. Maximum one perk can be claimed per sign up.

 

2. Sign Up Perkz: One of the following perkz will be revealed to customers once they’ve signed up to the Zillionaires’ Club:
   1. 1. Garlic Bread; Starter; Dessert; Main Course; Free Pizza for a Year
      2. For every 10,000 people, 8899 will reveal a Garlic Bread, 500 will reveal a Starter, 500 will reveal a Dessert, 100 will reveal a Main Course and 1 will reveal Free Pizza for a Year (one free Rustica pizza every week for 52 weeks).
      3. Perkz will be allocated randomly.

 

3. All perkz are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize (as applicable) of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

 

4. Individual T&Cs apply for each perk and can be viewed in the Perkz Wallet on the Zillionaires’ Club account.

 

5. Incomplete, incorrect, illegal, misdirected or late sign ups after the Promotion Period, or sign ups not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. The Promoter takes no responsibility for sign ups delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

7. The Promoter shall take appropriate technical and organisational measures against the unauthorised or unlawful processing of personal data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, personal data.

Liability: The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting any Sign Up Perkz, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

 

9. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including as a result of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion and subject to any written directions given under applicable law:
10. cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or
11. invalidate any affected sign ups; or
12. disqualify any individual concerned.

13. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

14. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the perk, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

15. Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

16. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

 

17. The promoter maintains the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
