  1. To redeem the discount in Tesco you will need to open the coupon via the link in the text message on your mobile device or email link received through Zillionaires’ club and click the ‘Tap to pay’ button when you have the product and are at the till ready to pay as this will UNLOCK your coupon. Once the coupon is unlocked you will have up to 20 minutes in which to use it by scanning the encrypted [moving] barcode – Please only unlock the coupon when you are at the tills and ready to pay, as once the 20 minute timer has elapsed, your coupon will automatically expire, irrespective of the promotion end-date. 
  1. The Promoter reserves the right not to attribute the discount in the event of abuse or fraud to these rules, without the participant being able to assert any right against the Promoter. In the event of an unsuccessful cashback request, an SMS notification will be sent to the mobile number provided with the reason for rejection 
  1. Only one redemption per person is allowed across the promotional period. Unique identity will be determined at the sole discretion of the Promoter and will include singular and collective checks on, but not limited to mobile number, email address and payment details.  
  1. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent participation.  
  1. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.  
  1. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  1. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.

  1. Neither the Promoter and / or third parties involved in the management of this promotion are responsible for invalid coupon and cashback requests and do not provide any warranty on the product. 

 

  1. Errors in printing, spelling or composition and similar errors have no value and cannot be invoked as a remedy against the Promoter and / or third parties. 

  

  1. No element of the Offer or the management of which may be reproduced or published without the express prior written authorization of the Promoter. 

 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right, in a reasonable manner and taking into account the concrete circumstances, to adapt the rules of the Offer and / or interrupt or stop the Offer, without prior notification in the event of circumstances outside of their control. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
