GENERAL
No, but you can add the Zillionaires’ Club to your mobile home screen (see question below). Make sure you tick the ‘keep me signed in’ option on the login page so you can access your account more easily.
If you are on an iOS mobile device, make sure you’re on the Zillionaires’ Club website then simply tap the share icon followed by ‘Add to Home Screen’.
If you are on an Android mobile device, make sure you’re on the Zillionaires’ Club website, then tap the screen’s more icon at the top right hand corner. Select ‘Add to Home screen’.
Please make sure you check the ‘keep me signed in’ option on the login page.
Simply visit the Zillionaires’ Club website on zillionaires.zizzi.co.uk and follow the steps to register for an account.
Your Welcome Perk will normally appear in your Perkz Wallet within 15 minutes of signing up to Zillionaires’ Club, but in some cases it can take up to 24 hours to appear.
Don’t worry, these things happen. All you need to do is click ‘Forgot password?’ at the bottom of the sign-in screen and we’ll whizz you over an email so you can reset your password.

Zs
Zs are points that you earn and can swap for perkz like free food and drink (yes, really!).
Earning Zs is as easy as 1, 2, 3. You can earn Zs every time you visit and make a transaction at a Zizzi restaurant, Click & Collect or Takeaway through one of our partners.
When dining at a Zizzi restaurant, make sure you show your Zillionaire ID to your server to register the visit and collect your Zs.
When ordering via Click & Collect or Takeaway, you can scan the QR code on your Zizzi paper receipt to claim your Zs. For more info, head here.
You must spend a minimum of £10 / €10 (after any perkz, offers or vouchers have been redeemed) on each visit or when ordering takeaway or Click & Collect.
Zs will expire after 12 months. This is calculated from the date you earned the Zs.
If you forgot to scan your Zillionaire ID when dining in the restaurant, you can scan the QR code on your paper receipt to claim your Zs.
It may take up to 72 hours for Zs to show up in your account after you visit.

Yes you can! Simply scan the QR code on your Zizzi order receipt, or enter your unique order code here. Missing your receipt? Please contact us here with your Zillionaire ID and order number.
You can visit us, use Click & Collect or order takeaway as many times as you like, but there’s a cap of two transactions per day, with a minimum of 3 hours between each transaction.
Only one Zillionaire ID can be added to the bill. If ordering via SpeedyPay, the last inputted Zillionaire ID will receive the points for that visit.
PERKZ
Your Welcome Perk can be found in your Perkz Wallet after joining. It may take up to 24 hours for it to appear.
You can find your perkz by heading to the ‘Perkz Wallet‘ page. It can take up to 15 minutes for your perkz to appear in your Perkz Wallet.
Simply click on the perk you like, then click ‘Purchase Perk’. You’ll then receive a unique code – just show this to your server when ordering. It’s as simple as that!
The perkz in your Perkz Wallet will expire 12 weeks from date of purchase, unless limited-time promotion T&Cs state otherwise.
You might see that some perkz cannot be purchased. This simply means you don’t have enough Zs yet :(. Keep visiting or order takeaway to earn more Zs!
Perkz cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers including: set menus, Tesco Clubcard Reward Partner codes, Tastecard, Blue Light Card, student discount, or any other third-party offer. Please refer to individual perk T&Cs before purchasing and redeeming a perk.

A Surprise Perk is exactly that. After every 4th visit, we’ll surprise you with a free random perk that will be added magically to your Perkz Wallet.
Simply head to the Perkz Wallet, select your Surprise Perk and show your Perk Code to a member of the team in the restaurant.
Your Birthday Perk will be issued within 2 weeks of your birthday.
Here’s how it works:
Restaurant Visits
1st visit = earn 10 Zs
2nd visit = earn 20 Zs
3rd visit = earn 30 Zs
4th visit = earn 40 Zs + get a Surprise Perk
Click & Collect and Takeaway = 10 Zs
After your 4th visit, you will earn yourself a free Surprise Perk. After this, you will restart the cycle, earning 10 Zs on your next visit.
After you visit a restaurant, it may take up to 72 hours for your visit to display in your account.
You will get a free Surprise Perk after every 4th visit.
You must visit and make a qualifying transaction at a Zizzi restaurant, scan your Zillionaire ID and spend a minimum of £10 / €10 on each transaction four times within one year, or the cycle will reset to 0 visits. The cycle begins from when you make your 1st visit. Your Zs will remain in your balance for 12 months from the date they were earned.
You earn 10 Zs when making a qualifying transaction via Click & Collect and Takeaway. Ordering via these channels does not count towards your total visits.
